Kyoto, The Kyoani Trip 1st day - Kiyomizudera

A short trip right after the conference at Ritsumeikan Daigaku( Keio level private university). The place I've visited is a real place from some anime titles, well if you see the picts I bet you'll know it instantly =)

Because the conference location is just perfect for my next trip I've decided to travel around here a bit before going home back to Tokyo. I prefer called it Kyoani Trip rather than Kyoto Trip because I went up to Toyosato. And I would rather not talked about the conference, well basically because that is not the main story here.

11th December 2010

Right after the conference ended we went back to Kyoto Station. Parted with my senpai at the Kyoto Station. Then I've decided to go to Kiyomizudera, I heard that the lighting here during fall is nice. As a cameraman I wouldn't miss a chance like this. Oh and by the way, this is the famous tourist spot, as you can see them a lot from the anime (Keion, Yakuindomo etc)

But the best part is this one. Simply marvelous! I think the real scene is way.... guess I can't describe it in words.

Right after the visit I've decided to stay at the capsule hotel for the night. After spending time googling, I found a good hotel near the station but.... all of the were full! What should I do? At the time I remembered about my other senpai who is now living in Osaka. So I called him and said I'm gonna stay at his place that night and he said OK. "Lucky me!" was in my mind before looking at the clock. 11pm. Yabai! Checked my phone for the train and started running for the train.

I managed to catch the train(lucky me!) then suddenly the train stops(engine malfunction, I can smell burning engine...) and delayed 20 minutes. And the next thing I know, I'm stuck at the station with no train running. So I called my senpai for a guide to his place... Thanks to google phone I managed to arrive at his place at 230am. 2 hours walk T_T

Went here with comrade @Zamsjournal and @Haruhilmi24. I came here for the free clear file, Haruhilmi24 for stress release after interview and Zamsjournal, he came to adopt new daughters! Nanoha and Fate Movie plushies! We came here a bit late, about 4pm but they still have it in stock.

They will release new limited plushies for this Winter Comiket, this time is Ritsu, Azusa and Mugi. I've already bought Yui and Mio during last Summer Comiket so I won't miss this one. You can get it at TBS booth during Winter Comiket, probably 29~31th December 2010.

Actually they didn't allow us to take Mugi's pict because it still not official yet, but who cares =)

Other plushies? This one will be released during Winter Wonfes that will be held on February 2011.

All of them are event limited plushies, which means you can't get it in stores.

Went to Akihabara to celebrate Yui's birthday. Yay! actually I'm not the guy that would something like this but, it's kinda fun to celebrate this kind of things actually.

K-On! (けいおん! Keion!?) is a Japanese four-panel comic strip manga written and illustrated by Kakifly. The manga was serialized in Houbunsha's seinen manga magazine Manga Time Kirara between the May 2007 and October 2010 issues. It was also serialized in Houbunsha's magazine Manga Time Kirara Carat. A 13-episode anime adaptation produced by Kyoto Animation aired in Japan between April and June 2009. An additional original video animation episode was released in January 2010. A 26-episode second season, titled K-On!! (with two exclamation marks), aired in Japan between April and September 2010. An anime film adaptation has been announced. The title of the series comes from the Japanese word for light music, keiongaku (軽音楽?), but in the Japanese context is similar to pop music.

As all four are voice actresses, their music is frequently featured as tie-ins to a variety of anime series, including Hatsukoi Limited, Sora no Manimani, and Ichiban Ushiro no Dai Maō.

Tori no Ichi Fair (open-air market) is a famous annual event in November on the day of the Tori (Rooster) in Chinese calendar and this event has continued to today since the Edo period.

Tori no Ichi is held at Temple of Tori (Juzaisan Chokoku-ji) in Asakusa, Tokyo or various shrines of Washi (Eagle) and many people come to there to pray for a health, good fortune and good business.

In the Edo period, Tori no Ichi was the fist fair for welcoming New Year. A poet, KIKAKU who was a pupil of the most famous Japanese poet Mastuo Basho, said for Tori no Ichi "Haruwomatsu Kotonohajimeya Tori no Ichi" (Tori no Ichi is a first important event to bring New Year.).

The day of the Tori (Rooster) comes every 12 days in November and generally, the first day of the Tori is most important. However it is said that a fire is likely to take place in the year that the day of the Tori has 3 times.

Kouyou - Mount Takao

Kouyou(紅葉), Autumn leaf color is a phenomenon that affects the normally green leaves of many deciduous trees and shrubs by which they take on, during a few weeks in the autumn season, one or many colors that range from red to yellow. The phenomenon is commonly called fall colors and autumn colors, while the expression fall foliage usually connotes the viewing of a tree or forest whose leaves have undergone the change. One of the famous spot for Kouyou view is Mount Takao located about 1 hour from Tokyo by train.

Went there with other Malaysians for photoshoot. Along with me at the time are 10-24mm, 17-50mm and my brand new 70-300mm Tamron. Arrived at 10 and we split into 2 groups, hiking group and cable car group. And of course, I'm in the hiking group. Took about 3 hours to reach the top and the view from up there is just marvelous. Too bad its a bit cloudy that day so we can't see Mount Fuji from the top. Because all of people with me at the time are photographers I learned a lot of things from them. Tips and technique etc. Took some time to go back down to the station, I wish they have a slide from top to bottom there =)

Skipped my lab and lined up early in the morning(930 am) for Gundam Cafe last Friday=) Went there with my friend and senpai from Miyazaki.

Had breakfast with Haro cofee and sandwich... It tasted like... normal coffee and sandwich, nothing special... But the most touching part about Gundam Cafe is this! Gundam Cafe Toilet!!

Glad I bought my wide lens along that day. The gimmick can be triggered by pressing the button in the toilet. I wish I can take the picts in women toilet tho =) If I'm not mistaken it's Zaku version toilet. And people start lining up for toilet after I came out from there along with my dslr and smile face =)

Comic1 is a doujinshi event held once a year during Golden Week. Nothing much that I bought during this event, except the one that I missed during Winter Comiket last year.

Except for AMR, all of them are not from the kabe(wall) circle because I usually participate events as individual. These are the list of circle that I bought from(counter clock-wise)

Akane Makes Revolution (AMR) - Although this is a kabe circle, the goods are cheap compared to other circle. And I like the artwork from this one.
tp! - This one is one of my fav because of Nagato moeness, Kawaii Haruhi petit doujinshi and 4koma manga =) I think some of you have seen the artwork from online before.
KoshinoMagattaKuukan - My favourite story and 4 koma Lucky Star doujinshi. Love the artwork !!

Took this picture from one of my friend's Alter Hayate last week. She is from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha anime, well, quite famous in Japan.

It's hard to find this figure nowadays, as you can see, this one is an old figure and yes, a DAMN HOT BABE!! You can buy it from Amazon Japan, but with the price of 21400 yen!! My friend bought this one from Yahoo Auction for 11000 yen. Yes, he's damn happy guy and so am I(well as long as I can take the pict).

Overview from Wikipedia

In the plot premise of the original series, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (2004), 21 "Jewel Seeds", highly destructive artifacts from another dimension, are accidentally scattered across Earth. After Nanoha assists an injured extradimensional magician in collecting them, she is drawn into a magical battle against a female mage named Fate Testarossa, who came to Earth to collect Jewel Seeds for her mother Precia. Attracted by their activity, the interdimensional police TSAB ("Time-Space Administration Bureau") intervenes to secure and seal the artifacts. In the end, Nanoha convinces Fate to rebel against Precia, who is defeated and apparently dies.

In Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's (2005), Nanoha continues her magical training. Six months after the original series, she and Fate encounter the "Wolkenritter", four mages who steal others' magical abilities to save Hayate Yagami, a wheelchair-using Japanese girl. Since the Wolkenritter are skilled in Ancient Belkan combat magic far superior to theirs, Nanoha and Fate fail to stop them and the Book of Darkness, an ancient artifact bound to Hayate, is activated. A worldwide catastrophe is only prevented thanks to TSAB and, most importantly, Hayate's intervention. In the following years, all primary characters leave Earth to pursue magical careers in the TSAB homeworld Mid-Childa.

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS (2007) takes place ten years after A's and is set on Mid-Childa. Hayate, now a Lieutenant Colonel of TSAB, forms a special Riot Force 6 to counter the impending terrorist crisis organized by Dr. Scaglietti, former colleague and accomplice of Precia Testarossa, and his combat cyborgs ("Numbers"). Nanoha, Fate, and the Wolkenritter join the unit, along with four young mages whom they personally train ("Forwards"). Despite their preparations, the unit fails to protect Vivio, a girl targeted by Scaglietti and adopted by Nanoha, and the crisis strikes in full force, stopped in the nick of time by Riot Force 6's heroic efforts. The unit is then dissolved, with its members returning to their original posts.

A Drama CD titled Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS Sound Stage X (2008) is set three years after the Jail Scaglietti Incident. It features the characters first introduced in StrikerS, mainly, the Forwards and the Numbers, investigating a serial murder case on Mid-Childa. Their investigation eventually leads them to the Mariage, semi-sentient humanoid weapons from the Ancient Belkan era, and their elusive creator, Dark King Ixpellia.

Vivio's story is continued in the manga Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid (2009-ongoing), which is set four years after StrikerS. Vivio now attends a magical academy on Mid-Childa, unaware that she is being targeted by an enigmatic female magician, Heidi E.S. Ingvalt, who named herself after an Ancient Belkan Hegemon and seeks to fight and defeat her and Ixpellia.

Another manga, Magical Chronicle Lyrical Nanoha Force (2009-ongoing), set six years after StrikerS, focuses on a new protagonist, Touma Avenir. After Touma rescues a mute girl named Lily Strosek on remote world, he unwittingly becomes a fugitive from TSAB. The ex-members of Riot Force 6 join forces once again to avert a new crisis caused by dangerous Ancient Belkan legacy, the Book of the Silver Cross, to which Lily is apparently connected.

I went to Hakurei Jinja Reitaisai yesterday and bought 2 copy of Touhou Project 12.5 Double Spoiler!! Some of the event being held on that day is doujinshi and cosplay. Well the main event for me on that day actually is cosplay so I just spend about 2000 yen on goods. So here is it, (not) all the Touhou cosplay pictures that I took yesterday.

The Touhou Project (東方Project Tōhō Purojekuto?), also known as Toho Project or Project Shrine Maiden, is a series focused on bullet hell shooters made by the one-man developer Team Shanghai Alice, whose sole member, known as ZUN, is responsible for all the graphics, music, and programming for the most part.[1] The Touhou Project began in 1996 with the release of the first game, Highly Responsive to Prayers, developed by the group Amusement Makers for the Japanese NEC PC-9801 series of computers. The next four Touhou games released between August 1997 and December 1998 also were released on the NEC PC-9801. The Hakurei Shrine Reitaisai (博麗神社例大祭 Hakurei Jinja Reitaisai?, Hakurei Shrine's Regular Grand Festival) is the largest of the many dōjin conventions hosting only Touhou content. It first started in the year 2004 as a way for Team Shanghai Alice to publicly distribute the trial version for their upcoming games to the fans well in advance of releasing them on the internet; in addition, the 2004 Reitaisai featured a total of 114 participating circles. Since then, many Touhou derivative works are also gathered and sold there. Commencing every year in April or May, the convention has been hosted in Ota, Tokyo in 2004; Naka-ku, Yokohama in 2005; Sunshine City, Tokyo in 2006 and 2007; and the Tokyo Big Sight in 2008, in which 1,086 circles participated, and also in 2009. Although the coordinator of this convention has nothing to do with Team Shanghai Alice officially, the name "Hakurei Shrine Reitaisai" was given by ZUN himself.

Macro lens
Stiap lens ada jarak min die bole tngk dgn subjek(dlm 15cm) kalu x lens xle focus kt subjek tu(cuba tngkp gmbr dkat2 kn ada taim xle focus kn?) Lens macro bleh tngkp lg dkat dr tu. Tp kengkadang ada company(cam tamron) yg letak zoom lens macro gak. Tu mknanya kita kena zoom utk dpt result macro. Mknanya kn tngkp dr jauh pstu zoom aja. Pendek kata tu bukan macro jadi jangan la tertipu. Besa macro lens xle zoom, prime lens.

Prime lens(fixed lens)
Xle zoom tp aperture die tinggi. Seswai utk potret. Autofocus besa laju, gamba die sharp. Aperture besa dlm 2.8 ke bwh. Sbb aperture tinggi shutter speed pon laju. Seswai utk tpt yg kurang cahaya. Kurangnya xle zoom aja. Saya rekemen kak aini beli satu sbb lens ni murah bbanding lens lain. Nanti saya bg pinjam lens saya satu.

Spek untuk lens

Focal length
Cam kak aini nye 18-200mm, ni jarak mana die boleh zoom. No lagi besar maknanya bole zoom lagi jauh

Aperture
Die tulis dalam bentuk contoh f/2.8. Maknanya aperture boleh naik max sampai situ je. Cam kak aini nye lens 3.5-5.6, maknanya aperture bole naik sampai 5.6, dalam keaadaan tertentu boleh naik sampai max 3.5(biasa waktu gelap).

VR(Vibration Reduction)
Stiap company panggil benda ni lain cam contoh tamron guna VC(Vibration Calibration) atau Sigma guna OS. Benda sama je untuk kurangkan gegaran tangan. Yg bunyi bising kat lens kak aini tu la vr. Boleh ditutup kat lens. Kalau letak atas tripod lagi elok tutup vr. Sbb vr akan cuba buat gegaran sket utk kurangkan gegaran tangan jadi kalau letak atas tripod yg memang xkan gegar maknanya gambar akan jadi blur. Kalu lens tu laju(aperture tinggi) xda vr pon xpa. Cam contoh tamron 17-50mm f/2.8. Boleh tangkap gambar 2 kali ganda lagi laju dari lens besa.

Yang lain ada tulis kat lens tu jenis kaca dalam lens, saya pon xtau nak explain cenne. Tapi yang slalu kena tengok yg tiga ni je la.

First Step for DSLR Part 1 - Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO

Sbb da lame aku x post kat sini jadi aku tampal la ape benda yg aku tulis pasal dslr kat kak aini kat sini. Harap bole jadi rujukan kepada sesapa yg baru nak blaja guna dslr

Tiga benda yang mesti wajib tau pasal dslr camera(digital single lens reflex camera) ialah aperture, shutter speed dan iso.

Aperture

Aperture ialah bukaan lens, kawal berapa banyak cahaya masuk ke dalam lens. Aperture mode ada kat dial A, kat sini kita boleh kawal f step. Kalau kita ubah aperture dalam mode ni kamera akan automatik ubah nilai shutter speed. F step makin kecil aperture makin besar DOF(depth of field, anggap je benda ni sama ngan aperture), cahaya makin banyak masuk lens, gambar yang ditangkap makin cerah. Aperture tinggi(F rendah) boleh tangkap gambar bokeh(yg blur kat blakang), contoh gambar yang lawa buat bokeh ialah macro atau potret. Kalau aperture tinggi makin kurang bokeh, gambar yang kita tangkap akan jadi macam gambar digital kamera biasa. Contoh gambar ialah gambar dalam dewan atau parti dan permandangan. Gambar aperture tinggi akan jadi lagi sharp dari aperture rendah. Nilai aperture yg plg elok kita set untuk kamera ialah aperture plg tinggi utk lens tu.

Shutter Speed

Shutter speed ialah kelajuan shutter untuk tangkap gambar. Shutter speed mode ada kat dial S. Mode ni bila kita ubah shutter speed kamera akan automatik ubah nilai aperture. Nilai shutter speed dalam bentuk 1/t(maknanya 1/1000 lagi laju dari 1/60). Shutter speed makin laju gambar yang ditangkap makin statik(contoh macam nak tangkap gambar kipas yang sedang pusing) gambar makin gelap. Shutter speed boleh tangkap gambar motion(pergerakan macam aliran sungai) gambar makin cerah, ada kebarangkalian kabur(Jadi kabur sebab shutter speed rendah waktu shutter tengah nak tutup tangan kita bergegar taim pegang lens). Nilai shutter speed yg plg elok kita set untuk kamera ialah dalam 1/30~1/100

Shutter speed paling elok secara teori dalam nilai 1/x, x ialah panjang lens waktu kita tangkap gambar. Contoh kalau kita tangkap gambar taim panjang lens 50mm, shutter speed paling elok ialah 1/50(Kalau lens makin panjang makin banyak cahaya perlu masuk untuk sampai sensor kamera supaya gambar jadi cerah). Tapi kalau lagi tinggi pon xpa tapi gambar jadi lagi gelap. Yg ni X ikut pon xpa tapi anggap sebagai rujukan. Kalau nak selamat shutter speed paling rendah dalam 1/60~1/30. Tapi kalau lagi rendah pon xpa, tapi kalau yakin dengan tangan sendiri xpa la...

Sekarang kita tau kalau aperture tinggi gambar cerah, aperture rendah gambar gelap. Shutter speed tinggi gambar gelap, shutter speed rendah gambar cerah.

Pendek kata aperture saling berkaitan dengan shutter speed. Kalau kita nak tangkap gambar lawa mesti nak aperture tinggi, shutter speed laju.

Sebab aperture∝shutter speed(aperture tinggi shutter speed tinggi) kita pon boleh kira dari segi matematik. Contoh gambar(1) aperture 5.6 shutter speed 1/50 kan jadi sama cerah dengan gambar(2) aperture 2.8 shutter speed 1/100. Tapi dalam kes ni gambar(2) ada can lagi elok sebab aperture rendah(gambar sharp) dan shutter speed laju(kurang gegar). Tapi ada juga masa kita kena ikut kreaativiti kita waktu tangkap gambar kan?

Ada kes tertentu kita x dapat set shutter speed yang kita nak. Macam contoh waktu malam cahaya kurang. Kita dah set aperture kurang. Kamera akan adjust supaya shutter speed rendah supaya dapat tangkap gambar terang. Dalam kes ini kita boleh ubah iso.

ISO

Iso ialah sensitiviti filem terhadap cahaya. Untuk dslr anggap je die ada filem digital. Iso makin tinggi gambar yang kita tangkap akan jadi lagi cerah. Tapi ada tahap sampai bila kita boleh naikkan iso, kalau tidak noise(bintik2 merah) akan masuk dalam gambar. Biasa dapat dilihat dalam digital kamera kalau guna untuk tangkap gambar malam. Biasa limit untuk iso untuk gambar yang boleh diterima ialah dalam 800-1600(1600 masih ok lagi tapi 3200 dah agak teruk, guna kalau terpaksa). Kalau malas sangat nak fikir pasal iso, set je automatik untuk iso. Nilai biasa kita set untuk iso ialah 200~400.

Iso pon boleh dikira dalam matematik. Kalau kita naik iso 2 kali ganda shutter speed pon naik 2 kali ganda @ aperture naik 2 kali ganda(ikut dalam mode ape kita pakai). Cam contoh kalau kita tukar iso dari 200 ke 400 shutter speed pon akan naik dari 1/30 ke 1/60.

Kat sini kalau kita nak lukis dalam gambar, kita boleh lukis aperture, shutter speed dan iso dalam bentuk segi tiga. Aperture dan shutter speed kat penjuru kanan dan kiri segi tiga, Iso kat bahagian atas segi tiga. Aperture dan shutter speed saling berkaitan antara satu sama lain, Iso dapat tingkatkan nilai aperture dan shutter speed.

Tapi ada kes walaupun kita dah naikkan iso shutter speed tetap lambat. Dalam kes ni nak atau taknak kita terpaksa la pakai tripod. Cara lain yang boleh digunakan ialah guna timer supaya dapat kurangkan gegaran tangan waktu tekan shutter kamera. Tak pon guna remote control.

Lagi 2 mode yang tinggal ialah mode M(manual) dan P(program). Manual kita boleh set aperture dan shutter speed yang kita nak tapi gambar x jamin jadi cerah. Dalam Program mode kamera akan adjust aperture dan shutter speed yg paling bersesuaian dengan keadaan. Anggap je ni mode automatik tapi kita bole control macam2 benda lain.

Step(ni istilah je bkan setting)

Cara tukar aperture, shutter speed, exposure dipanggil step. Contoh aperture ada dalam nilai ...>8>7.1>6.3>5.6>5>4.5>4>3.5>3.2>2.8>... . Contoh untuk shutter speed ...1/100>1/80>1/60>1/50>1/40>1/30>1/25>... Setiap kali ubah satu nilai dia panggil ubah satu step. Macam contoh aperture kalau tukar dari 8 ke 7.1 Kita panggil die naik satu step(sebab aperture makin besar), kalau shutter speed tukar dari 1/80>1/100 kita panggil die naik satu step. Ni x penting sangat...

Exposure

Exposure ialah tahap kecerahan gambar tu. Boleh dilihat kat meter kat screen kamera. Kalau exposure tinggi maknanya gambar yang kita tangkap akan jadi lagi cerah. Kalau exposure rendah gambar kita tangkap akan jadi gelap. Kat meter dalam skrin kalau meter tu menghala ke arah + maknanya exposure tinggi, kalu menghala ke arah - maknanya exposure rendah. Dan biasanya kita nak gambar exposure 0. Kalau nak cerahkan gambar naikkan saja exposure. nanti kamera akan adjust shutter speed/aperture. Hanya boleh dikawal dalam mode A dan S kat roda bhgn dpn. Exposure dalam ubah dalam nilai 1/3. Nak senang set 0.

White Balance

Macam mana kamera kawal warna gambar ikut cahaya, cuaca dan suhu. Untuk result paling elok kita set ikut keadaan cahaya waktu tu. Nak senang set automatik.

Ni je kot yg penting buat masa sekarang? Kalu ada apape lagi nak tanya emel je, x pon tanya haris atau apiddo...

Itasha (痛車?), literally "painmobile", is a Japanese term for an otaku fad of individuals decorating the bodies of their cars with fictional characters of anime, manga, or video games (especially bishōjo game or eroge). These characters are predominately "cute" female. The decorations usually involve paint schemes and stickers. Automobiles are called Itasha, while similar motorcycles and bicycles are called itansha (痛単車?) and itachari (痛チャリ?), respectively.
The cars are seen prominently in places such as Akihibara (Tokyo), Nipponbashi (Osaka), or Ōsu (Nagoya). Itasha also appears in customizable video games, such as Forza Motorsport 2. [1] Itasha have also participated in various real motorsport events.

Wonder Festival Winter 2010

The Tokyo Wonder Festival (ワンダーフェスティバル?), or Wonfes (ワンフェス wanfesu?) for short, is an annual event to display and sell "garage kits", which are sculptures that usually replicate anime and game characters, but also popular mecha/sci-fi characters and creatures. These models are extremely detail oriented, and many of these sculptures appear in very small quantities due to the amateur nature of their reproduction. Unusually skilled artisans are promoted specifically during the "wonder showcase" (WSC), in which their works are given special attention and limited quantities of their masterpieces are sold for high prices to avid collectors.

Many of the garage kits now sold at the Wonder Festival are oriented around female characters, often displayed in very exposing and often erotic positions. The market for these figures has spread overseas, and they have now become increasingly popular among collectors in many countries outside of Japan.

And here is extra goods that I get from Tora No Ana. It's a manga/doujin box!! There is 2 version for this one, dansei and josei muki (for boys and girls). This one is dansei muki.

One lesson that I learn over these few years is that when you want to buy a Comiket Catalog, buy it from Tora no Ana. You'll get extra goods with your catalog. You'll get nothing when you buy it from Animate.

There will be a winter comiket from 29 Dis till 31 Dis and I'm not gonna miss this one !! Especially someone promised me to give me a ticket for free lane pass(meaning you don't need to line up outside). Right now, SNOWBOARD at GORYU HAKUBA!!

My HTC Magic and The Unlocking

The phone finally here! The HTC Magic(or Docomo ht-03a) that I ordered online just came today!! I woke up in the afternoon today to find a box lying in front of my room. Stupid takkyuubin, it came 2 days late than expected. Here what it looks like...

As you can see, on the phone it's written Docomo, but on the screen it's Softbank(my provider). I managed to unlock it without problem. Weird? Not quite. You see, I've already unlocked my phone!!

Here is the step of what you should do to unlock your phone. The work that you need to do isn't that hard that I think even Nobita can do it right. And of course, it will cost you to unlock your phone.

Enter here to unlock your phone, or just google for "htc magic unlock". It will ask for your phone IMEI code. Just type *#06# on your phone and the number will pop out.
Send them your IMEI, and just wait for unlock code from them. It should take about 10~30 minutes.
When you received the unlock code, enter different simcard into your phone, you need a simcard that support GPRS/3G activated for it to work. It will ask for unlock code; just enter the code that you received.
You still got work to do!! Press menu button>Settings>Wireless Controls>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names. Press menu button and create a new APN. Check here on what you need to fill in there.
Press back button and whe 3G symbol will appear on top of your phone. If so, well done!! And don't forget to take a mirror and look for your happy face.

One thing that is missing is that you can't use mms on this phone. I wonder why Docomo didn't put the software in this phone... Total up cost >> 28500+2500=31000yen !!

Just finished watching Basilisk, as I expected, it's good! Action + touching love story. I would recommend this one for action lovers. I watched the movie version few years back before. Kinda proud of myself, I did recognize Nana Mizuki's voice instantly after listening to the first line from Oboro =) One thing that I hate myself is that I can't understand about half of the dialog(well I watched it RAW, and they use old japanese in this anime). The story is a little bit different from movie, but as long as it turns out good, it's fine with me.

Yes, so long to my old phone... I messed up with rom flashing, I flashed CDMA version instead of GSM version to my phone. (If it has a sim slot then it's a GSM, if not then it's CDMA) So what can I tell you is it's easy to flashing new rom to your phone and messed up with it. So, be careful when flashing your rom, read the details carefully before flashing your rom.

Just spend a little second and listen to my story on how I messed up with flashing. I've already found a rom that was perfectly made for my phone model(as what people comment from it); an Energy Rom. I don't know the performance because, oh well, my phone is already DEAD if you can remember. But I know one thing that the built in rom was stupid enough to make me crazy, and that is why I really recommend a custom rom for your phone. Where to find it? Internet, of course. (hint : XDA Developers)

Thinking of I might find a new update for Energy Rom, I googled and found an update. Without doubt, I just install it to my touch pro, and what you can guess... I bricked my phone. It's a CDMA version, not a GSM... My phone stucked at the provider message screen. Everytime I turned on my phone, it will stuck at the same Softbank screen.

So what is my solution? The one that crossed in my mind listed below

Put my phone in microwave for about 3 sec and claim for a replacement from Softbank. I've got about 2 weeks left for my 1 year warranty. The good thing is that they can't check the chip to see if I already modified the phone, well of course because the circuit is already well "cooked". Need to check for warranty details...
Search for a 2nd hand android phone online, unlock it and put my Softbank sim in. How cool ! I'm not gonna be the 1st person to have android phone among all the Malaysians at Tokodai, but no one had a black version before, so I guess it's okay.
Use my friend htc hermes for a while and wait for 1ghz snapdragon android phone for Softbank 2010 spring(which means I need to wait for another 4 month)

I think I'll pick 2nd choice, which means sayonara Winmo too!! But I do really miss qwerty button on my touch pro...

Actually it's a Fuze, but who cares. Finally I unlocked it for the purpose of testing new Energy Rom. From what I heard, it perform better than the built in rom, but just let me see the result. For me, htc touch pro built in ROM SUX!! Especially the japanese version. Slow as hell !! Will post more later...

In the opening sequence, the girls' dance number and the title screen itself are obviously mocking the ending sequence of the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, another title animated by Kyoto Animation.

In the preview for Episode 2, Konata is shown reading a magazine at her desk. If you look at the back of the magazine, you can see a picture from Galaxy Angel II pictured on the back. Aya Hirano plays the characters of Kahlua/Tequila Majoram in this series, explaining the reference.

In episode 1, there is an obvious Street Fighter 2 game reference with Konata beating up Guile in the Japan stage.

In the Lucky Channel segment of episode 1, the first letter, asking about how much idols make, is from a fan calling himself “Berryko Daisuki-kko” (or “Berryko Lover”). This is likely a reference to J-POP idol group Berryz Koubou.

In episode 3, when Konata Izumi and her friends are talking about wedding, Izumi mentioned the names Angel Salvia and Daisy. These two characters are from Wedding Peach.

In episode 6, there's a Initial D parody. Specifically, the first AE86 vs FD3S race. The difference is that Yui is driving a Subaru Vivio RX-R instead of an 86 (The VIvio is a reference to Bunta Fujiwara's Subaru Impreza WRX STi Type R). Also at Episode 12, during one of the battle scenes, the clerk who pulls out the "Kyon" card from "Suzumiya Haruhi" is voiced by Tomokazu Sugita, who played Kyon! The battle is basically Tomokazu Sugita('s characters) versus Tomokazu Seki('s characters)!

In Episode 12, the first scene shows a posting for a concert. They will sing Symphony No. 9 Opus 125 a.k.a, Ode To Joy by Beethoven.

In Episode 12, when Konata, Tsukasa, and Kagami are on the subway to go to Comiket, one of the passengers that gets on is cosplaying Suigintou from "Rozen Maiden".

(Isn't there any weapon?), which was said by Amuro Ray from "Kidou Senshi Gundam" when he piloted the Gundam to fought against the Zakus for the first time.

In Episode 16, when Kagami couldn't make up her mind on what to order, Konata/Haruhi says "There's a penalty if you take too long". This may be a reference to "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" where SOS Brigade members are penalized for being late.

During the Lucky channel at the end of each episode, the assistant who co-hosts is named Minoru Shiraishi, and the actual voice actor is named Minoru Shiraishi. If his voice sounds familiar, that's because he also plays as Taniguchi in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

In episode 18, when Konata and Kuroi-sensei were talking about Konata's studies and anime, the scene shifts into the battle animation of a Super Robot Wars game, specifically that of SRW W's style. It should also be noted that Full Metal Panic! and FMP The Second Raid were also in SRW W. Lastly, Kuroi also imitates Gates, the lead villain in TSR by saying the line "My honey!"

In episode Three of Lucky Star, Konata gets an invitation card to her cousin Yui's wedding, who as written on the card, is marrying Narumi Kiyotaka, a character fron the detective anime series, Spiral. Coincidentally, Yui is also a police officer, similar to Kiyotaka's wife in the series.

In episode 6, Konata remarks that shooting a watermelon with a gun will get you covered in it. This is a reference to episode 3 of Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu, where Sosuke Sagura shoots the watermelon while blindfolded, covering Kaname in the exploded pieces.

In episode 21 during the trip to Kyoto the class visit Toji Temple, where there is a ginat golden statue of Buddha. Konata comments that the statue is the "main body" and the little statues around the big one are the "options." This is a reference to the Gradius video game series (and generally any shoot 'em up, where ships or characters can have an "option" upgrade).

In episode 2 when Kagami is asking her and Tsukasa's older sister for help on a homework problem, you can see half of a poster on the wall with the letters -TUN at the bottom. It may be referencing the boy band KAT-TUN, and the guy in the back of the picture on the far right even looks a bit like one of the band's members, Taguchi Junnosuke.

In episode 18, the light novel Kagami makes Konata read is "Starting Bell", the first volume of the series "Kimi no Ita Kinou, Boku no Miru Asu" by Sakaki Ichiro (an award-winning light novel author whose works include Scrapped Princess and Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica). In the Lucky Channel portion of episode 21, Ono Daisuke announces the title of the special segment: "Konshuu no Magare" ("This Week's Get Bent"). "Magare" is the catch phrase of Koizumi Itsuki, whom Ono Daisuke voices in Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu.

In episode 23, the Japanese musical artists Patricia lists as her favorites are, in order: ORANGE RANGE, CHEMISTRY, SUNEOHAIR, Porno Graffiti, L'Arc~en~Ciel, DEEN, and Nightmare.

At the end of the Lucky Channel segment of episode 12, Minoru says "kasei ni kawatte, osekkyou yo!" ("In the name of Mars, I'll preach at you!") This is an obvious parody of Sailor Mars's catch phrase ("kasei ni kawatte, sekkan yo!") from Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon.

In episode 15,Konata was caught sleeping in class by her teacher.From her rude awakening she belts out "Potemkin" Who is a player from Arc System Work's fighting game:Guilty Gear.

In episode 20 when Konata's dad traps the mosquito he says "Omae wa sude ni shindeiru"(you have already died), which is a catchphrase taken from Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star

In Episode 15, when Konata speaks with her father about remarrying, the bookcase in the background shows a model of Haruhi from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya in a bunny suit. The specific pose refers to an ultra rare figure sold at World Hobby Festival on July 30th, 2006. Only 200 were sold which only reinforces Konata's otaku nature.

The picture that shows on the beginning of each episode is a pun to the 世界名作劇場 (World Masterpiece Theater). Especially to Akage no Anne (Anne of Green gables).

In the ending karaoke sequence of the episode 6, Konata says she would like Miyuki to sing “Omoide ga ippai” : it is the 3rd opening theme of the “Ranma ½” series.

In episode 18, at around 2'44", right after Konata thinks about comparing Kagami to a rabbit, two famous anime posters can be seen on a wall of Konata's room: the left one is from "Shuffle", the right one is from "Kiddy Grade" (as a coincidence, one of the 2 main girls on the latter poster and in the anime - Lumière is her name - is played in Japanese by Aya Hirano, a.k.a. Konata's voice...).

In episode 18, from 2'58", when Tsukasa compares Miyuki to a sheep, the latter says "Fumoffu", in a surprised but calm voice: that clearly is a reference to the famous "Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu", another masterpiece from Kyôto Animation.

In the episode 6, the scene after Yui's chase on the yellow Mazda RX-7 shows Konata talking about not being car sick due to Nanako's excellent driving. This is a parody of Initial D, where Natsuki (Takumi's girlfriend) also praises Takumi's driving when she doesn't get car sick, during a trip to the beach. Konata and friends are also bound for the beach in this episode.

In episode 14, at 17'49", when Konata is preparing a meal, it can be noticed that close to the spices and the plate she is using to cut the vegetables, there is a dark blue Nintendo DS with a famous "do-it-yourself" kitchen game.

In episode 17, from 14'22", when Konata mentions the bigger the fraternal cast is, the more numerous stories can be created, she starts talking about “the story of a mother and her four daughters who eagerly wait for the return of their father who left for the battlefield in the old days in America”. She obviously is referring to the novel “Little Women”, written by Louisa May Alcott, and adapted in a 1987 anime named “Ai no wakakusa monogatari”. The battlefield she mentioned is the American Civil War.

In episode 13, from 18'18", when Konata reaches the pile of 1785-yen DVDs, among them, 3 or 4 different "Scrapped Princess" DVDs can be noticed.

In episode 17, in the beginning of the “Lucky Channel” segment, when Akira introduces herself, she quotes “All red roses have thorns”, a sentence pronounced by Éclair, one of the main characters of “Kiddy Grade”, in the first episode.

In episode 19, at 7'25", there are three famous quotations that Nanako Kuroi has written on the blackboard : “The most fashionable man in the world” (John Lennon) / “The most perfect man of the 20th Century” (Jean-Paul Sartre) / “I know you are here to kill me. Shoot, coward; you are only going to kill a man” (Che Guevara).

In episode 23, it is noticed that Kagami should be tempted by the "PowerPuff Girls! Z" collector box. But it is necessary to add that Emiri Katô (Kagami's Japanese voice) performs Hyper Blossom - one of the three heroines - in that anime...

In Episode 21 at roughly 9:15, as the girls enter Kyoto station, Konata muses that the locale is where Iris crashed/entered. The "Iris" in question is the nemesis of Gamera in the 1999 movie "Revenge of Iris/Irys."

The Hiiragi family have been registered as official residents of Washimiya because of the anime's wild popularity.

In episode 11, around 13:50, Konata was saying something along the lines of "a healthy spirit leads to a healthy body" etc. This might be a reference to Soul Eater.

In episode 22 at 7:30 the bonta-kun doll is seen in the bottom left corner again, also seen in episode 4 but it's drawn differently.

Some time during episode 18, when Konata, Tsukasa, and Kagami are walking home in the rain, two characters named Ichiko and Suzume run past them. These are the friends of the main character of Kyoto Animation's original OVA series called Munto. A TV series has been made in 2009. You can tell by the school uniform that Ichiko is wearing.

In episode Konata turns on the television, saying 'Isn't Haruhi about to start?' However, the ending theme, 'Hare Hare Yukai' plays instead of the opening.

Episode 7 when Konata says "in mangas and animes when the character takes of their glasses they become popular but it doesn't apply in real life" , shes referring to Ichigo 100% when Aya Toujo removed her glasses she became pretty and popular.

In Episode 20 , around 6:50 Kagami reads the manga "Mirai Nikki", while Konata plays a game.

in the earlier episodes of lucky star, minoru shiraishi was always called "sebastian" by kona-chan (and also by kuroi-sensei). sebastian (sebastian michaels) is the main character from kuroshitsuji (black butler).

DSi LL Selling Faster Than PSPgo

Nintendo’s latest handheld, the revised edition of the DSi known as the DSi LL (and DSi XL in Europe), released last Saturday (November 22nd) in Japan, and according to data published by the local sales tracker, Enterbrain, the new console managed to sell 103 524 in only two days.

Compared to the launch of the original DSi in Japan at the end of 2008, and over a similar period of time, that console managed to shift around 170 000 units, while the PSPgo only sold 28 725 units during its first day on sale when it released earlier this year.

Sal appears to be a man with very idiosyncratic needs, which he has attempted to satiate by marrying his favorite video game character.

Perhaps you think I have finally lost my last marble. However, please examine this footage. Courtesy of the radical realists at BoingBoing, this video shows that Sal married Nene Anegasaki, a character in the Nintendo DS game, Love Plus.

These unique nuptials were apparently broadcast on the Japanese video sharing site, Nico Nouga Nouga, a place where many strange things occur for, no doubt, extremely sound psychological reasons.

I don't wish to so much as broach the topic of marital consummation. However, I can tell you that attending the wedding, which was held, naturally, at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, were the bride's virtual video game girlfriend, a live audience and, yes, a real religious priest.

WTF IN MY UNIVERSITY!!! OF ALL THE PLACES IN THE WORLD?? Well anyway I don't want to comment much about this... Love comes with different shapes, it differs from every person right? One thing for sure, I do love 2d but I won't marry a 2d girl. Dot.

My Anime for Fall 09

I guess after watching about 6 episodes of all the Fall animes, I can finally judge which are the best of all of them

1. Darker Than Black S2 - The story is getting more serious and complicated compared to S1. The only thing that is lacking is action. I WANT MORE ACTION!!

2. Sora no Otoshimono - Not a fan of ecchi manga and anime, but I can't say no to this one. The unique storyline makes this story interesting and different from other anime. Things that only this anime has.... FLYING PANTIES!!

Some that I think that you might want to watch, my personal favourite

1. Kobato. - Dojikko girl, character and Clamp world; are the reason why you shouldn't miss this anime.

2. Kimi ni Todoke - A story about a girl trying to makes new friend, a pure and touching love story that I find interesting to watch.

Anime that I think it's okay, not too good but not too bad.

1. Nyankoi - Though the first episode doesn't progress that much, I find it getting more and more interesting in the middle. A love-comedy that you shouldn't miss.

2. To Aru Kagaku no Railgun - Compared to To Aru Majutsu, I find this one to be more appealing to me, with those "oneesama" of Tokiwadai. Not a slow and serious anime compared to To Aru Majutsu.

3. Sasameki Koto - Though the main theme of this anime is love between girl, I don't find it to be boring. In fact, I followed up until now watching it.

Some story that makes me a little bit depressed...

1. Seitokai no Ichizon - After a few episodes, I find it getting less and less parody and a little bit boring. Almost 95% of scene is in the class. Well, I do enjoy the show anyway.

2. Seiken no Blacksmith - More action, less talk... is what I want more from this story.

Anime that I don't want to comment much....

1. 11 Eyes - Pretty much the same in every episode.

2. Kampfer - The good thing about this anime is the line of seiyuus.

3. Kiddy Girl-And - Not what I expected from Kiddy Grade...

That is some comment about all the animes for Fall 09.

Promo video of Darker Than Black Side Story has been streamed on their official website. The story mainly about what happened to Hei after S1, interval time of 2 years right before S2. Yin looks cuter than ever, I really missed her actually. Maybe the reason why Hei wants to Yin badly is in this side story. Looks great to me, but I need to wait for another 2 month for it to be released bundled with DTB Blue-ray on 27 Jan 2010.

A larger version of Nintendo DS, which called Nintendo DSi LL will be released next week, 21/11/09 in Japan. For US and Europe, you're need to wait for next year.

What is so special about this DSi LL is that it has twice the screen size of normal DS(1.7 of DSi screen size), and it came with pre-installed software(browser, memo, dictionary etc). It came with 3 color of choice which is white, wine red and dark brown. And the price will be more expensive compared to DSi; 20000 yen.

If you have already owned a DS, I don't think you need to buy this one.... right?

XBox360 20gb to 120gb Storage USB Boot Method

It's a common sense that people loves ps3 more than xbox360. The heavy controller, huge power supply, terrible heat problem, can beak easily like cherry pie... what else? It can be MODDED. And that is the only reason why I like it.

It's easy to change ps3 storage, even a school grader can do it. But not for xbox 360. The price is godly expensive and people will might think again before buying it. And that here we comes on how to replace xbox360 storage cheap way.

I'm not gonna steal other people's work so here I will post by far the easiest guide to follow below, along with some "problems" that I had while doing the job(star below). If you looking how to recover your save game from your previous hard drive, then read more from the link below.

UPGRADING XBOX 360 USB BOOT METHOD

Things that you really really need.
1. torx screwdriver(star-shaped eye screwdriver) size 6 and 10. I didn't have 6 so I just use (-) screwdriver.
2. original xbox360 20gb hard drive
3. a 120gb sata hard drive. Don't mess this up, its Western Digital WD1200BEVS
4. a usb drive
5. Windows based HP USB Disk Format Tool here
6. Windows 98 system files here
7. hddss.bin file for 120 gb hard drive and hddhackr.com
8. computer with sata cable to connect your sata drive
9. a mirror, not needed anyway...

and you always need some knowledge about computer for this kind of job

Method on How To
1. Open up your original xbox hard drive using torx screwdriver.
2. Take your xbox hard drive out from its case.
3. Create a bootable USB Memory Key here
4. Copy hddss.bin and hddhackr.com file into bootable usb that you just created.
5. Plug in bootable usb that you're will use to your pc.
6. Turn off your pc. Take off all sata cable connected to your drive in your pc(just for safety) and connect your new 120gb hard with it.
7. restart your pc and open your bios setting(F2 or DEL button right after you turn on your pc) and set your pc to boot from your usb; set your pc boot priority (LS120)
8. Restart your pc again, and boot into your usb(LS120).
* and here will be some of problems for you. If you still can't boot from your usb, enter your bios setting again, enter Advanced Settings and enable Legacy USB Support Detect. Read more here.
9. When you successfully enter command prompt, type hddhackr - f. Pick your drive and just follow what is written there.
10. Restart your pc again and and hddhackr - f again, just to make sure that you successfully converted your new hard drive into xbox hard drive.
*If its fail, well congratulations! You got yourself a Gigabyte motherboard(or so I assume). I you do so, repeat step 8 again and skip step 9(don't check for it).
11. Pull out your new hard drive and put it back into xbox storage case, screw it up again and plug it again to your xbox 360.
12. Power on your xbox 360, enter Console Settings>System Info and write those serial number. Then enter Console Settings>Memory and format your hard drive. It will ask for a serial number, jut write those serial number and wait for your xbox 360 to format your 120gb hard drive.
13. Take a mirror, and look at a smile on your face =)

Well I didn't bought it, I just playing with it at Softmap. Anyway, here is the pictures that I took.

Anyway, it's small, it can fit in your pocket, no umd(you need to download games from Sony)... except that this guy is way TOO SLIM to fit in my hand. I guess my hand size is quite normal but it doesn't feel right in my hand at all. The price are ridiculously expensive(you can find cheapest price at 23600 yen at Kakaku), and only about 28000 people buy it in the first day of its release at Japan(wayyyy less than previous psp). You might need to think twice before buying this guy though... If it is me I'll think more than twice...

You can play Facebook or watch po*n/hent*i/anime while working, and when your boss entered the room you can just click the button/use shortcut key to change it back to work. Easy right? Well I use this in at my workplace actually :) I use Virtuawin at my home, makes it easier to multitask(running virus scan while surfing etc)

Baka to Test To Shoukanjuu

Synopsis
The story centers around a boy named Akihisa Yoshii also known as the idiot or the baka of the title. He attends an academy where they rigidly divide the student body based on the result of the tests taken. In this case, the A class is filled with students with high scores therefore, their class were filled with many prestigious items (air conditioners, fancy seats, huge spaces, etc.) while the state of the F class is the complete opposite of the A class, which leaves much to be desired.

This academy has something special, where all the students manage to summon a summoned being (Shōkanjū). These summoned beings are used for battles and war between each classes. Yet, their power is based on the students' scores or grades. Therefore, since the A class is filled with geniuses, therefore they all have strong summoned beings, which is the complete opposite of the F class.

My Opinion?
Baka to Test to Shōkanjū (The Idiot, the Tests, and the Summoned Creatures), one of the light novel that I know its existance from Seitokai no Ichizon. At that time I didn't know about it getting a green-lit for anime. Then I got to pick free postcard from Animate when I bought my Lucky Star manga. I just pick the one with most beautiful art and what do you know, Bakatest postcard! Being interested of Bakatest, I looked up on the internet and walla, they working for an anime for it!

Watched its promo video and it looks good! A love comedy anime, a genre that I always like. I Read the manga from Onemanga and I love the comedy although the story is a little bit mess.

An anime that I'm looking forward to watch. The only thing that I need to do is to wait until next year. Can't wait!!

After reading some article on the net, I'm looking on changing my "modded" xp to Windows 7 Ultimate. It seems that Windows 7 offers more speed with 64bit version, and I think that my pc can support it. I bought it early April this year.

Not a gamers so I don't need to worry about compatibality with games. I've tried before and it rocks! It can handle 8 gig ram or more(depends on what type of 7), unlike 3 gig limit for xp. Plus, I can get it with godly cheap price from my school. 1400yen sounds like a really good deal right?

In case you're wondering why you received "Upload Error" while uploading pictures at Facebook, consider checking of these.

1. Picture format
Jpeg works fine for me.

2. Picture quantity
Good thing they increased the limit from 60 to 200 pictures.

3. Picture size.
The most important thing of all, especially for those who are using dslr camera. They tends to save big size pictures and forget the fact that it was too big for Facebook. That applies for me too.

For my solution, I just open the picture in paint and save it again. Works well for me. My 6mb pictures can be reduced to 1mb. Or you might want to try ShrinkPic. I use this one for my job. Works great for me too. Others like Microsoft Office Picture Manager can also do the trick(you might have this if you installed Microsoft Office in your pc).

After checking these 3, try and upload the pictures again. I didn't get the message after that. And I hope the same for you who are troubled; looking for solutions for these stupid problems =)

Anime Release
In the June 2009 issue of the Japanese monthly manga magazine, Gundam Ace, it was announced that an anime adaptation for Gundam Unicorn has been green-lit for late 2009 but was moved to spring 2010. It will be directed by Kazuhiro Furuhashi and will feature screenplays written by Yasuyuki Muto. Hajime Katoki, who was the mechanical designer for the novel, will also work on the anime alongside veteran designers Junya Ishigaki and Mika Akitaka, and newcomer Nobuhiko Genba. Yoshikazu Yasuhiko's character designs will be adapted for animation by Kumiko Takahashi, and the music will be composed by Hiroyuki Sawano. It is planned to be six 50 minutes episodes and Sunrise has announced its plan to release the anime worldwide.

Koudaisai 09 Malaysia Report

I've uploaded at my Flickr some of the pictures that I took during Koudaisai. Koudaisai, which also means University Festival is held every year at Ookayama and Suzukakedai Campus.

Although we got a bad place, like every year, there's a lot of customer that came to our place to buy Murtabak. That's our specialty!! The dough and curry are all self made. Though it's a little bit small compared to what it should be, but good thing that Japanese people didn't know the fact(well that's relief...)

The price is 300yen each, which I think quite cheap compared to other country's food during Koudaisai. There are some interesting customer, I remembered one of them(foreigner, American) asked for the dough for research =) And lot's of Japanese people stopped at our place to see us demonstrating "skills" of making Murtabak.

Overall it was good, sold out on both days. Customer came non-stop to our place to buy Murtabak. The first day we finished at 3pm, that's early but considering that we only made 300 dough for the 1st day, it does make sense. We did more during 2nd day, and finished at 5pm, just in time before comedy show. And uchiage(celebration) right after that at my place, celebrating it with pizzas.

Overall, it was fun, but it really drains our energy. Thanks to all of those who helped out for our Koudaisai, and looking forward for the next Koudaisai. And don't forget to come next year too!!

XBox360 Disk Reading Error?

I had this problem with my XBox 360, and this message(This disc is unreadable, 1. Clean the disc with a soft cloth. 2.Restart the console.) appears when I load the the Winning Eleven 2009 that I just bought. It doesn't make any sense right?

Anyway, after reading stuff from internet, I've stumble with these solutions, which is DVD Cleaner!

Pretty expensive though(1380yen) but it does the work for me. For the time being I can play my Winning again, and I hope this thing wouldn't happen again in the future. Microsoft, please improve your console or I might sell it!!

I think that I should write about this one earlier, but it took me longer to with review(you can see how long this post...). Usually it will take you about 3 episodes to judge an anime, whether it's good or not. It doesn't apply to some of them though(Phantom). You'll get a rough sketch of what anime that you shouldn't miss to watch. The rating is only for the time being and I'll update the rating and review from time to time.

*Fixed up my rating, maybe the last time I was too "kind" enough on rating animes. With these rating you can clearly see which anime it the best.

Armed Librarians - The Book of Bantorra

There are only a few animes that I stopped halfway watching it's 1st episode that I can count it by my fingers, and this one is sure to add up to the count... I guess this methaphore is the best way to describe how boringggg (intentionally kamimashita) this anime. The artwork are not that beautiful to my eye, the storyline and world are dark enough it doesn't appeal me at all, anyway it's boring. I would like to see anyone that will say this anime is interesting, but I guess there wouldn't be any =) Sorry Bantorra... My first drop for this season...

Review
Bones rocks !! The first season of this series is the most unique and the best superpower anime I've ever seen that I would recommend it to anyone that asked me(and to you too), and I would say neither less for this new season. New season, new place, new plot, new ability, new character and new cute cameraman+loli (Suou, and she use Nikon too!!). Though main role of the story changed from Hei to Suou but I still like it. Seeing it's op I can see that this loli will play a big role in this anime. The battle scene are superb, nicely done, and watching this anime is like watching a drama(Heroes?). This might be the best anime in this season. Love the op song =)

p/s : I just noticed something, they showed new abilities in each episode. It reminds me of Heroes while watching the anime. And I can say that there gonna be at least one character with name dies(well not that useless character but anyway they have a name in the anime) in every episode. But who cares, as long that my Suou survives then it's ok.

As the artwork of To Aru no Majutsu no Index's manga are that nice that I despise it's anime, it doesn't seem true for Railgun. Maybe because of the cool oneesan?, maybe because of Toyosaki Aki? I wonder... But I would like to say that this anime isn't that boring compared to to Index. Taking it's pace slowly, filling the gap with nice episode, running with it's speed is what I like more. Some of the part in the anime are related to Index, so it might be a bonus if you watched it beforehand(like nullifying othrer abilities ability, the world etc). Or am I wrong, I stopped watching Index at 1st episode anyway... I read from other blog and they thought the same as me; comparison between Index and Railgun. Expect this one to be 12 or 13 episodes, but the more the better!

Letter Bee

Seeing the poster in train and with it's popularity in Jump, I thought of giving a shot for it's manga, but the story doesn't interest me that much. Maybe because of the dark world of manga.... hmmm... I wonder... The storyline of this manga are unique that makes it different from other, so if you're had nothing for this fall, try to watch it and tell me what do you think about it. Btw, I stopped watching it halfway of it's 1st episode. Furthermore, it would be against my rule to watch a prime time anime(anime that being broadcasted in the morning). My 2nd anime to drop....I didn't say anything like "this anime is boring" or something like that, but it's up to you to watch this one. Do tell me if it's interesting.

An anime about a knight that doesn't know how to wield a sword, meeting a blacksmith.... aah what a normal story I thought(that I was thinking to drop it)... But the end of the first episode changed my opinion, seeing what is the meaning behind "Sacred" Blacksmith. The artwork are well done, the story might be interesting, but it's a little bit slow for an anime with same genre. Maybe because of lack of action and more on talking. Take Valkyria as example. Will mark this one for a while, maybe drop it maybe not, it depends...

p/s : I don't like it's op that much, but using Aki for ed song is a little bit cheating =)

The quality of this anime makes me think that this anime will run longer than I expected; an anime that will run more than 26 episodes. Kugi and Aya's work are as splendid as ever, especially Kugi as Happy.... TOO CUTE !! Because the manga is not finished yet, I might skipped this one. I don't want to see the same thing happened again, like Rave Master or Negima... which is why I don't like anime from manga(different storyline from manga and anime). But love comedy and slice of life manga are always better in anime(like Minami-ke and Kyou no Go no Ni OVA... lot's of them). For those who didn't read the manga you're gonna love this anime.

p/s : I think there are more suitable seiyuu for Lucy(I think that Lucy isn't suit for her, but she(Aya) is still cute in this anime), but maybe Hiro Mashima is behind all of this? I learned somewhere(I think from REC) that a mangaka can say this and that for his anime and that includes seiyuu list, but maybe I'm thinking too much. Maybe...

Clamp always amuse me with it's beautiful artwork and anime, and I think I already fell in love with Kobato. Picking Hanazawa Kana as the lead role is the best choice they had ever made(just my opinion because I like her as Kobato), along with colorful world and the lack of Kobato's common sense makes it an anime worth watching. If you love the previous Clamp anime(like Chobits or xxxHolic) you're gonna love this one to. Some of character from previous Clamp anime might come out in the anime, so if you've watched it before you might noticed it(in ep3). It has somewhat Clamp feeling, which makes it different with other anime. Love the op. The thing that I want to cry about is that they run it on NHK. Of all channel!!

Kimi ni Todoke

If you're looking for a romantic, love story(when I said something like this, the couple has already been decided in the beginning, and their love developed throughout the story), some anime like Bokura Ga Ita or Itazura na Kiss, this might be an anime for you. I guess there would be nothing more than that. Maybe the strength from the story came from Mami Noto? The role just suit her perfectly. To anyone who doesn't want a heavy anime. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the show!

Sasameki Koto

Never crossed in my mind to watch this anime, but I watched it. As you can read the synopsis, this one is shoujo-ai anime(no difference with yuri for japanese term, but for western term, shoujo-ai isn't sex-related... checked the difference at wiki), and sometimes made me wonder is it wrong to love people with same gender? I mean the most important thing is mutual love right? Can't comment much about this one but maybe you'll like this one if you can handle Marimite.The story revolves more around Murasame trying to confess her love to her friend, but her friend like cute girls. I think if she a little bit shorter she gonna be much cuter.

And I thought this anime would be boring enough that I planned to drop at first, this one seems promising. This anime concentrates more on storyline rather on ecchi part(there isn't, or did I missed it?). More, the mystery in this story make it's charm point. With it's art and coloring, battle scene, and nice op and ed, this one does appeal me. I think I might hang out with this anime a little longer, but I would be disappointed if this one turned out to be like Night Wizard. I demand more action in the next episode!!

p/s : I just realized why the title is 11eyes. If you consider the main character has only 1 eye(he wore an eyepatch), just total up all the eyes of the major characters in the story and walla! 5x2+1=11!!

Nyan Koi!

Junpei Kōsaka is a second-year high school student who despises cats and has an allergy to them. It just so happens that his high school crush is Kaede Mizuno, a girl who adores cats. And I thought that there will be a love comedy anime in this season(or so I read at ANN), I just laugh a little bit at this one. I think maybe my standard for comedy is too high... I wonder. Plus, the cat artwork in this anime are cute, but well, some of them are too anime like. Oh well I can't say anything about that because it just an anime... Watching all the episodes concludes one thing, rather than a story about cat, this story are more on relation between of main character and the girls in this anime. Cats in this anime are just a "bridge" between these characters. Well, that makes it love comedy. It's getting interesting in the middle, so I'll stick with this one.

p/s : Jun Fukuyama rocks, although he's just a cat. And I would say the same thing for all the seiyuus in Nyankoi. I can say that they really feel their character in the anime.

Natsu no Arashi : Akinai-chuu
Synopsis
Thirteen-year-old Yasaka is a boy staying at his grandfather's house during his summer vacation. One day he entered a store and met Arashi, a beautiful sixteen-year old girl working there. After trying to protect her from a man who claims to have been hired by her family to take her back by force, Yasaka ran away with her and now she stays at his grandpa's place with him. It didn't take much time for Yasaka to figure out that his new friend is far from an ordinary girl, as she possesses mysterious powers. The plot thickens when he finds a sixty-year-old picture of Arashi and another girl named Kaja, and to the surprise of all Kaja suddenly appears, and just like Arashi, her appearance hasn't changed at all since then.

A continuation from previous Natsu no Arashi, this anime is weird and wacky as ever. A weird combination of time slip and ghost =) Some of the theory in anime makes you think "maybe it's possible" or "really stupid". And also small parody, especially from School Rumble(it's the same mangaka). If you're looking for a comedy, this is the one that can make me laugh, though the level cannot be compared to School Rumble. It's not a continuous anime which means you can always skip it and watch it later. But anyway it's good !!

Packed with famous seiyuus, cute high-school girls, this is what of anime that you shouldn't miss!! An anime of dream!! Is what I supposed to say, but this kind of anime doesn't work to me. Which means, I can say that this kind of anime does have it's own audience. And to know these kind of audience, let me ask you a question. What do you think about Ikkitousen? Or Rosario+Vampire? If you like it then you might love this one. Rather than saying it's an action anime, I'd say it's more on ecchi. I don't know why, but the first anime that crossed in my mind when watching this anime is Rosario+Vampire. maybe because of it's ending I guess... An enjoyable anime if you know lots of seiyuus, else it would be just a normal anime. Maybe good for those who want to enjoy seiyuu's voice.

p/s : All the seiyuus in this anime rocks, especially Horie Yui and Tamura Yukari. It seems that Horie Yui's voice in this anime is more energetic, and Tamura Yukari is as rude as ever. They sure using their seiyuus to the max. And also the promotion of Melon Seijin? WTF? Is self promotion in anime ever allowed before? Hocchan, Yukarin, Nana answer me !! I checked this out of curiosity, but the seiyuu for Harakiri Tora, she was born on 1938, which means the eldest seiyuu I've ever known. And I thought that seiyuu for Satoko in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is old enough... Marina Inoue is as usual, but I think that Megumi might not suit for her role in this anime... she should be more to loli chara, I guess...

This is one of anime that I thought to drop, but anyway I just gave it a shot... well the 1st episode doesn't appeal it that much. Well for me it looks just like normal anime that you can find anywhere... A just normal boy meeting a bishoujo; a master-slave relation. I learned something; human can go crazy when they're granted with any wishes =) The story goes on with solving Ikaros's mystery. It doesn't have(but still have) fan-service(pantyshot, low camera angle etc) that much. which I kinda like it(little are ok but excessive are not). Consider Chobits, or Saikano in ecchi anime. The artwork, color are ok, but CG effect in this story are such beauty especially flying panties =) I can say that it feels different in this anime compared to other ecchi anime I've watched before. Maybe because it has it's own storyline. Let's see for more development. I like his anime btw.

p/s : I can't stop laughing watching flying panties that I watched it again and again=), and I don't know why, but I like the intro in each episode(Pretty-kun).

Looking at the source of the anime, and reading it's review doesn't seems at it supposed to, but this anime rocks! As you can read from the review, the anime is just about about communication in class right? So what's wrong with that? There's a lot of anime that just like that, the best example that I like to use are Lucky Star and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei; where it's charm point is in it's communication. Why I use those 2 examples is because it's also a parody anime, which is "too" easy to spot. But an explained parody might ruin the parody itself. Though it got less and less parody as it continues, but I still like it. The artwork are normal, eroge style, but I think that's more than enough. The girls personality in this anime are different from each other that makes me think that this novel might be suitable for eroge; especially seitokaichou!! Such a cutie =) And Mami Noto too. Love the nice op and too cute ed !!

p/s : Anyone noticed Clannad parody in 1st episode? This one really makes me laugh. Hito moji atterushi.

This anime is funny that if you're looking for one, I really suggest you to watch it. An anime that can really makes me laugh that I rewind it 2~3 times. Rather than saying it an adventure anime, I'd rather say it's a comedy anime. The comedy are somewhat refreshing, different from other anime, you could say it a gag? I think the clothes in this anime are way too fashionable for it's time period, but putting that aside it's good. The op and ed for 1st season are good, and same goes for 2nd season. And you would miss nothing if you didn't watch 1st season. After all, it's a comedy.

Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu : Purezza
Synopsis
Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu centers around Yūto Ayase and Haruka Nogizaka. Yūto is seemingly ordinary, but Haruka is attractive, intelligent, and rich, which prompts other students to idolize her and even give her French nicknames like "Nuit Étoile" (The Silver Star of the Night) and "Lumière du Clavier" (The Shining Princess on the Piano). One day, Yūto wanders into the school library in order to return a book and accidentally stumbles upon Haruka's deepest, darkest secret: she is a diehard fan of anime and manga, in other words, a regular otaku. Promising Haruka to keep this a secret, Yūto becomes her advisor and confidente of some sort and hangs out with her more, though earning some viciously envious glares from his fellow schoolmates.

Review
An anime that I don't want to write a review about, but oh well. If you watch the 1st season, you might understand why. The story wasn't that bad... but I don't like the anime. Maybe it's too normal, maybe it lack of "Wow" factor, maybe because the development in each episode is the same, maybe... I don't know what's more to say. Frankly, this anime gross me out. She kept doing the same thing with the main character, somehow it makes me wonder what is this anime really about. I tried to watch the 2nd season but it's the same. It can't win my heart. The only thing that can win me in this anime is only Mami Noto and Kugi. Although, I was hoping them to use other seiyuu rather than Mami in this anime... It's up to you to watch or not. But I'd say this one is not my type. If you like ecchi then maybe, maybe you're gonna like. If not then skip this one. Btw this one includes in my finger collection.

Trapeze(Kuuchuu Buranko)
Synopsis
This story is a series of occurrencesfor about one week from the 17th to Christmas of December which happens to each characters who live in Tokyo. And it is linked with broadcast time. The chief characters of each episode appear also as a supporting player of other episode. This anime is the "hybrid animation" for which "Live-action", "Rotoscoping", "2D animation", and "The composite images of them" were used for every scene.

Review
I really want to skip this anime but getting too much time with nothing to do in the midnight, might as well give it a shot. The anime is weird, unique in other way, hard to describe how weird it is, but might have it's own fan. If they change the style I might like it but... it's too weird for me. The story revolves in the psychology doctor, solving problem of each patient in each episodes. Watching it makes me think like "is it true?" and "I do really experience that", an anime about human psychology. I only watched the first episode, so I can't comment that much. If you're looking for a change of pace, why not try watching this one? Reminds me of Kino no Tabi, which I like it.

Review
I really like Kiddy Grade, it's good that I thought it's from manga or novel. Kiddy Girl-And world continues 50 years later after Kiddy Grade. So if you want to watch Kiddy Girl-And I really recommend you to watch Kiddy Grade first so you can get the general idea of Kiddy Grade. Also, don't judge an anime by it's title alone. This anime is outer space, battle action, drama genre. An anime that is interesting to watch, and I hope the same goes for Kiddy Girl-And. Both main character changed, though I missed Hirano Aya as Lumiere. Hope for her to be in this new season(she supposed to, looking at list of seiyuus in this anime). Watching 2 episodes give me a general idea that this anime is not gonna be as serious as Kiddy Grade, but maybe it takes some time time.

With that, that covers almost all the anime in this season I guess? I you would ask me which anime that must be watch this season, Darker Than Black is a must, with its interesting storyline and cool actions suitable for action fans. Others maybe like, Kobato, an anime with such beauty and, what's more from Clamp. And the last one? Might be Seitokai no Ichizon, a comedy and parody anime that I "listened" to it 2~3 times a week(I don't care what other people said about Seitokai but I like it. That what makes it Seitokai). Or I don't know why, I don't like ecchi that much but I really like Sora no Otoshimono. Maybe the artwork reminds me of KissxSis?

I can't say anything that much, maybe some interesting anime will start getting boring in the middle(Pandora Heart) or it will get better after this(Kiddy Grade) so stay tune for the next report!

Summer Anime 09 - My Thought?

It's been about half a month since October started(and also fall anime) and I guess I should write about this earlier, but who cares.... this is my blog, I can write anything I want anytime right? So let's go on to main topic shall we? This is what I thought about all the anime that I've watched until the end; the one that just end this fall.

Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~

A spate of mafia assasinations occurs in America, the work of the mysterious organization named Inferno. "Phantom" is their most strongest and capable assassin, however a lone tourist witnesses Phantom's latest act of murder. He unwittingly exposes the top assassin's true identity, a young girl named Ein. Witnesses are usually killed, but the man is captured and taken to be brainwashed into "Zwei", Inferno's newest assassin, with no memory of who he is. From this point on, Zwei is drawn into a world of conspiracy, deceit and violence.

As one anime that was adapted from visual novel and what's more from Nitroplus(Chaos;Head anyone?), I was looking forward for this one. Sadly this anime broadcasting time clashed with K-on, I only watched this one right after this show end(watched it in one night btw).

The story more about the main character's dilemma, being forced to become Phantom, a title for finest assassin in Inferno, a mysterious organization in US. Especially that the main character's memory had been erased that he didn't know which one to choose, to kill or killed. At the beginning of the story, it's a slow anime because of the training, killing peoples in each episodes; all sorts of that that I thought it will sure a boring anime, but I was mistaken. The story will getting more interesting and plot twisting, dramatic in the middle of story, which I thought this anime should be a drama instead of anime. An anime with heart touching plot, love, lolis? and packed with action, but the lack at the finishing and predictable plot that makes me give it 8 instead of masterpiece. If you love action, I would definitely recommend this one! If you're short with time, I recommend the ova instead, it's still interesting.

Oz Bezarius, heir to one of the duke houses, has just turned fifteen. His life is rich and carefree, darkened only by the constant absence of his father. At his coming-of-age ceremony, however, everything changes. For no reason that he can discern, he's cast into the prison known as the "Abyss", only to be saved by a "chain" known as Alice, the bloodstained black rabbit. It is unknown why was he cast into Abyss, how does Alice factor into it all, and what does the organization known as "Pandora" want with him.

I didn't watch it at first, but after recommended by my friends I watched it, although I stopped watching it in the middle. But well, I watched it to the end after that btw. This anime is a bit slow, well not that slow compared to Kanon but still slow! The artwork is maa maa, the story is funny, full of comedy, but the lack of plot, slow and full with fillers makes me wonder if they should wait it until the end of the manga before making it into anime. Especially with those ending, which I can't really take it. I fell in love in this anime(with baka usagi) only halfway... before I lost my mood watching it. This is why I don't like anime from manga. One thing that I like about Pandora Heart is about it's seiyuus. Though it's not that so famous seiyuus(for female seiyuus) but I like all of them(Alice, Sharon and Echo's voice).

Basquash!

Don't be fooled by synopsis, put your trust more on review instead. I took a peek at their booth at Anifest 09 and thought it was just another stupid anime just for kids, but I was mistaken. With graphic, visual, unique presentation and music, this anime is superb!! With those mechas and songs it reminds me of Macross Frontier(well what you can say, it's the same director afterall). Although the plot was a little bit weak, well you might find it a bit stupid playing basketball(or they called it Basquash in the anime) to save the world, but that what is this anime about. Just try and take a peek at the first episode and let's see what you think about it. Just talking to myself, but I think they should give Alan(Kugi) to Basquash more.

Senjou no Valkyria - Gallian Chronicles

Along with Welkin's adopted sister Isara, the three escape to Gallia's capitol and subsequently join the country's militia forces. As members of the newly-formed Squad 7, they must work to repel the invading Imperial forces and discover the true purpose of the invasion itself.

And I thought this anime will fill my hunger from Code Geass, but guess not. The presentation is nice, using color pencil style(just like in ps3) for coloring, which I find it as beautiful. Welkin's strategy are more on nature(like observing animals, winds and trees), compared to Lelouch using surroundings for his advantage. At the beginning this story is more on war, but in the middle it became a love story instead. Well I guess this is one way to make an anime long. And after that it will became a fantasy battle anime... It's hard to decide the genre for this anime. Well I guess the story turned out to be fine anyway. You might get bored with those fillers in the middle so be prepared. One thing that I want to say is that if this is not an anime, Welkin will surely die early, not killed by enemy, but his own comrades. You'll understand what I mean after watching this anime =)

Bakemonogatari

Although there are still traces of the brief period he became a vampire, third year high school student Koyomi Araragi is human again. He happens upon others with their own supernatural problems and finds that he can empathize. Koyomi becomes involved in their lives, seeking to help them and occasionally asking for advice from Meme Oshino, the homeless man who helped him become human again.

I fell in love with this anime the first time watching this anime, with it's beautiful and "unique" artwork, "unique" presentation, cute and "unique" character, and the most important of all it's killer word play, sharp tongue, which makes it "unique" compared to other animes. Well, some of the jokes are only explainable in Japanese, which I would rather watch it with subtitle instead of raw(I watched it again with subtitle). Sometimes it reminds me with Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei(now you can undestand what I mean as unique). The strong point of this anime are communication between main character, which makes it lack of story plot, but who cares, I pretty enjoyed it. Not pretty, but I REALLY ENJOYED IT that I watched it 2~3 times in a week!! Just listening to it is so much FUN (well with those line of seiyuus)!! Well, If you looking for an anime with good plot, this is not an anime for you.

Two years ago, Shibuya was ravaged by a biological terrorist attack using the deadly Ua virus. Maria Osawa was saved when her father inoculated her against the virus, but is left with partial amnesia from the shock. Now working as a cameraman, she reunited with her friend Canaan in Hong Kong. Canaan is an assassin gifted with synesthesia, and she's being targeted by the terrorist squad Snake. Meanwhile, numerous groups converge on Hong Kong, all after either Canaan or Maria.

The normal story plot, virus terrorist(ermm Bloody Monday?), but I really like the artwork and the battle scene. It's stylish, fast and cool. And here I thought Canaan is a boy(what he isn't?). The plot are strong, and I've got nothing to argue in this anime. What's more, Canaan's skills are kinda unique that you can't find in other anime(I think). Usually anime with super-human ability will end up with abilities like fire manipulation, etc, but in this one, those abilities are limited on what human can do. For example, it's impossible for human to regenerate instantly right? From what I want to say that the ability in this anime are still logical through genetic manipulation. The realistism is what I like in this anime. And is it only me, but I think that this anime is toooooo short for 12 episode. They should make it 25 instead. But looking at the ending, it seems that there will be no 2nd season for this one. It's not weird if anyone rate this one as 9 or 10, but for me it still not enough. There's a possibility for yuri if there's a doujin for this one.... like Canaan x Maria?

I don't really like anime from eroge(ero + game = eroge), but I just watched it anyway. Although this is from eroge, but this one is a little bit different from anime with same genre. Usually in eroge type of anime, the main story is about love and relation in between main character and heroines, but I can say this one is more on action, which kinda unique. The main characrer in this anime is kinda cool, not like some lame character in other eroge anime. Lots of fan service, though they covered it using shadows. I wonder they'll show it or not in dvd version. I can't stop thinking that all the main heroines in this anime had a full mature breast =) although they are still high schooler. I like how this anime ends, a happy end(the last word in the anime, it's kinda unique ending for this type of anime). Just a comment, but I like the artwork for the game more than anime.

The premise of the project is the 70% or higher possibility that a magnitude 7.0 earthquake will occur in Tokyo in the next 30 years. The anime will depict what would happen if an 8.0 earthquake took place. The story will center on Mirai, a middle school freshman girl who goes to Tokyo’s artificial Odaiba Island for a robot exhibition with her brother Yutaka at the start of summer vacation. A powerful tremor emanates from an ocean trench, the famed Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge crumble and fall, and the landscape of Tokyo changes in an instant. With the help of a motorcycle delivery woman named Mari who they meet on Odaiba, Mirai and Yutaka strive to head back to their Setagaya home in western Tokyo.

Trying to make it too real, makes it unreal, or so what I think. They used CG for people movement in this anime(not the main character), but their movement looks like zombie. There's only small development in every episode, or I should say it's almost the same plot in every episode(like there will be a small earthquake in every episode). But what can I say, that is what this anime about. Because this is way too normal for an anime, I just can't stop wondering why they show this anime in the midnight, they should show it in the morning instead.

Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahou

The story revolves around Koyomi Morishita, a clumsy high school freshman girl who is often mistaken for a grade-schooler because of her shortness. Koyomi becomes a disciple of Misa Anehara, a 25-year-old graduate student who happens to be one of the most powerful modern-day magicians.

I watched this anime because of Nonaka Ai, but this anime is kinda maa maa... I like the main idea of this anime, using programming to cast a spell(and so that is why they called it as Gendai Mahou). What I don't like about this anime is that they only use the same skill over and over again, and the story line wasn't that strong enough. Is that the only offensive spell in the world? More, the enemy are kinda weak(or should I say stupid?), or I can say they are easily defeated that makes me wonder whether they are worth as opponent or not. But the unexpected things in this anime makes it interesting anime. And also Koyomi's clumsiness which I think as cute. Btw I pretty enjoyed the part at the end of the anime.

And so that's all. Of course you don't need to ask, Bakemonogatari is a sure winner. But if you ask me another anime from this one, I'll recommend Phantom instead(I prefer Basquash actually but I think that people will like Phantom better).

The 5th member of my Nanoha Figma collection, Shamal, which just arrived a few days ago. Well she doesn't have that lot of weapons compared to Sygnum, but who cares... But finally, the figma that I've been waiting for so long will be in store next month which is.... (no need to ask, if you're a Nanoha fans you can guess it for sure...) the one and only Vita !!
